RETURN FORM

Are your items not as expected? Of course that can happen and fortunately is not a problem with us. You can return your shipment within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns should be sent in the original (product) packaging, in new condition, not installed, with original labels and documentation. Your return will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse before the credit note is initiated. Our Customer Service will inform you within five business days of receiving your return accepted or refused.

Products can only be returned if they are incorrectly delivered or defective (unless otherwise agreed).
The freight and insurance costs to our warehouse in Dongen, The Netherlands will be paid by the customer for all returned products unless otherwise agreed upon.
