AS-Schneider Soft Seated Direct Mount 5 Valve Manifolds H5S/H5L types are flanged on the process side to an Orifice Meter-Stabilized connector-(if necessary Spacer / 2 Valve Manifold)-Assembly and on the outlet to a Differential Pressure Transmitter resp. an Adapter-Transmitter-Assembly. The standard vent connection is 1/4 NPT female and is supplied with a fitted Bug Plug. The test ports 1/4 NPT female are plugged by default. Accessory Kits incl. washers are required for manifold to transmitter mounting, because the manifolds are provided with slotted bolt holes.

The H5S types is used for Vertical Installations.

The H5L types is applicable for Horizontal Installations.

Bore Size:

- Isolate Valves - 3/8″ (9.5 mm) - Equalize and Vent Valves
- 0.138″ (3.5 mm)

The process to instrument connection is fully roddable due to the Cone Design Valve Seat of the Isolate Valves.
