AS-Schneider Soft Seated Direct Mount Manifolds H5A/H5S types are designed for direct mounting to Differential Pressure Transmitters. The inlet connection (process connection), as standard, is flanged style. The standard vent connection is 1/4 NPT female and is supplied with a fitted Bug Plug as standard. The test ports 1/4 NPT female are plugged by default. Accessory kits incl. washers are required for manifold to transmitter mounting, because the manifolds are provided with slotted bolt holes.

Bore Size:

– Isolate Valves – 1/4″ (6.35 mm) or 3/8″ (9.5 mm)
– Equalize and Vent Valves – 0.138″ (3.5 mm)

The process to instrument connection is fully roddable due to the Cone Design valve seat of the Isolate Valves.
