The ZHM MK gear flowmeters (ball bearing design) are flowmeters mainly used in lubricants and non-viscous liquids. Therefore, they are mainly used for the measurement of fuel consumption and metering of low-viscosity media.

Beschrijving
The ZHM MK gear flowmeter (ball bearing design) are flowmeters mainly used in lubricants and non viscous liquids. Therefore, they are mainly used for fuel consumption measurement and metering of low viscous media.
Measuring Range 0.1 up to 7.0 l/min
Measuring Accuracy up to ±0.1 %
Repeatability ±0.05 % (under the same conditions)
Linearity ±1.5 % of actual flow (viscosity ≥ 5 mm²/s)
±2.5 % of actual flow (viscosity ≥ 5 mm²/s for ZHM 01/3)
Materials
- Housing: as per DIN 1.4305 [AISI 303], 1.4404 [AISI 316L]
- Gears: shaft per DIN 1.4122
- Bearing: Stainless steel ball bearing
- Seals: FKM, PTFE (others on request)
Pressure up to 420 bar [6,000 psi]
Medium Temperature -40 °C up to +180 °C [-40 °F up to +356 °F].
