TW-U / W-Tube 0...100% rH, 0-10V + Changeover contact Dew-point sensor

The dew point monitor HYGRASGARD~ TW is mounted on cooling / cold water pipes or on cooled surfaces. The TW has a very reliable measurement method, thanks to the temperature and humidity sensor (no conductivity measurement). Together with the rectangular convector operation, this provides an exact measurement result. The dew point temperature is the temperature at which air reaches its saturation point and condensation occurs. Through the measuring range 0...100 % r.H. with the TW-U and the adjustable limit value 80-100% with the TW-W, cooling ceilings, for example, can be controlled in such a way that the switching output of the dew point monitoring is activated before the condensation occurs, allowing intervention. For example, a heating element can be switched on, preventing condensation. Humidity is measured with a digital, long-time stable humidity/temperature sensor.
