The flow-through switch with pump control DW-Z helps to save energy - without sacrificing comfort!
Hot water circulation systems can have a pump with a timer, which then pumps hot water around for the set time while no one is taking hot water.
The DW-Z flow-through switch provides hot water only when you need it. The moment one opens the hot water tap, the circulation pump starts. One can immediately close the tap again or one can simply tap water, the circulation pump is activated and starts distributing heat immediately. If the taps are closed, the pump remains in operation for a while. This lag time is adjustable with the INTERVAL button, from 1 to 18 minutes. The operating state for "pump on" is indicated by a green LED.
